Which personal data do we process?

On what basis do we process personal data?

We only process your personal data after we have explicitly requested permission. Only after you have given permission for the processing of your personal data will we save it, process it and share it with third parties. You can read later in this privacy statement with which organizations we share your personal data. Without your permission, your personal data will be processed anonymously as much as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that no personal data will be stored during your website visit.

Why do we need your personal data?

We use your personal data for various purposes. We have described these below. We use the information that we have received from you, as well as the information we have collected ourselves.   You can reach our customer service by telephone. To help you quickly, we use your data and we make notes that we save.
• Reviews
  We would like to hear your opinion about our products and services. If you decide to write a review, you can choose whether your name and personal details are visible to other visitors and whether we can contact you as a result of your review.
• Improvement of our website and service
  We are constantly improving our services. That is why we can use your data to ask you if you want to participate in a no-obligation customer or market survey. Sometimes others do that research for us. We provide that other than your e-mail address. The other person must of course also adhere to our privacy rules. Terapy does not sell data

Terapy will not sell your personal information to third parties. Terapy will only make this available to third parties that are involved in processing your order and the corresponding agreement. If we want to use your personal data for something else, we will only do this with your permission.

What else do we do with your data

We are extremely careful with the information that you leave with us. We do this with one of the most modern techniques: the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Those who have nothing to do with your data simply cannot access it. If we give your data to someone else, we demand that the other person handles your data with the same care as we do. We also require that he only uses this data for the purpose for which he received it. How long do we keep your data?

We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collected the personal data. Consumer personal data will be deleted as soon as possible after they have indicated that they do not want to buy products from Terapy or have indicated that they are no longer interested in Terapy products. If you have purchased products from us, we will keep your personal data for a maximum of 7 years. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we store about you in a computer file to you. To be sure that the request for inspection has been made by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request.
